You can place an order through our secure online checkout process. After placing your order, we will send an email acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered.
Please note that we reserve the right to brand our products.
We may refuse to accept an order under the following circumstances:

3. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. It does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

Your order is accepted only when shipping information is sent to you.
If we cancel all or part of your order, or provide less quantity than ordered, we will issue a credit to your bank account or store wallet in the form of a coupon or cash for the cancelled portion.

5. Delivery
We partner with reputed courier companies to deliver your orders within 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery times do not include weekends or national/regional holidays. While we strive to meet timelines, unforeseen delays may occur.
Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.
