How Our Delivery Process Works

Once your order is placed, we follow a careful process to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition:

  • Your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • After passing final quality checks, they are packed using plastic-free cloth packaging.

  • The package is then sealed securely and handed over to one of our trusted delivery partners.

  • If delivery cannot be completed at your address, our delivery partner will contact you using the phone number provided during checkout.

Our packaging is discreet, secure, and eco-friendly.


Delivery Timeline

We have partnered with reputed courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipments are initiated within 24–48 hours of receiving the order (under normal circumstances).

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM.

  • Orders are processed and dispatched only during working hours.

Delivery timelines do not include weekends or regional/national holidays.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee delivery within the specified time frame in such cases.


Delivery Address

Products will be delivered to the address provided at the time of placing the order.

  • Please ensure all address details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • You may specify a delivery address different from your billing address during checkout.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • You can cancel by logging into your account on our website or

  • By emailing us at info@fascinito.com, mentioning your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 4–5 working days.

If cancellation is requested after shipment, the refund will be processed once the product is returned to our facility.


Events Beyond Our Control

Fascinito shall not be held liable for delivery failures, delays, or damages caused due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or industrial disputes

  • Lockdowns

  • System or network failures

  • Natural disasters (flood, fire, explosion, etc.)

  • Severe weather conditions

In such cases, please contact us, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
