100% Satisfaction Guarantee (First Purchase Only)
Fascinito offers a replacement in case of size or style issues, or a refund for your first pair under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, within 15 days of receiving your order.
This guarantee applies only to your first single pair (1 piece) of Underwear or Bralette.
Additional items that are tried on, worn, or washed will not be covered under this policy.

On your first purchase:

If you face any size or style issues, we will replace it with a different size or style.

No return of the used product is required.

If replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for that first product only.
Please note:

Only shipping charges already incurred while placing the order will be deducted from the refund.

No extra shipping charges will apply for replacement deliveries within India.
Shipping & Pickup Terms

If your location is not serviceable for pickup, you must ship the product back at your own cost.

If delivery fails due to unavailability or locked premises, additional shipping charges (forward & return) will be borne by the customer.
Return for Replacement
To request a replacement:

Email us your Order Number and reason for return.

Wait for our confirmation before sending the product.

We will arrange reverse pickup after approval.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

Unwashed
-
Not tried on

In original condition with packaging intact
After passing quality check, replacement products will be shipped.
Subsequent Purchases
For all purchases after your first underwear order:

Replacement will be shipped after quality inspection approval.
Return for Refund
If you are not satisfied and wish to return your product:

Reverse pickup will be arranged.

Refund will be initiated after successful quality inspection.
Please note:

₹100 shipping charges incurred during order fulfillment will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping charges are borne by us under the satisfaction guarantee.
Quality Check Policy
If returned products:

Are tried

Used

Worn

Washed
We will not be able to process the refund.
This does not apply to your first product under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product:

Attach clear images of the product
We will:

Ship a replacement

Refund the amount to the original payment method
Wrong Products Delivered
If you receive the wrong product:

We will arrange pickup

Ship the correct product or provide a refund
Time Frame
All return / replacement / refund requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
No requests will be entertained after this period except under the stated satisfaction guarantee.
