RETURNS POLICY
At fascinito.com, we have a FREE, NO HASSLE returns policy. Received a defected product? No problem, just follow the guidelines below:
– Send us an E-Mail to Sales@fascinito.com stating that you want to receive a Return Authorization.
– We will accept returns for any merchandise that is undecorated, unwashed, and original condition within 3-5 Days of purchase.
– You have to send a courier with the defective product. Tirupur Brands Will inspect the defected product and send you a another new one, if it is found defected.
– Please allow up to 2 weeks to process return
– Shipping costs on original order will not be refunded.
– No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
– Please do not ship anything without the Return Label presented.
