What is Button Rewards?

Dear Mommies and Daddies, shopping for your mini one is going to get more rewarding.

We’re happy to introduce to you, Button Rewards, our customer loyalty program that allows you to accumulate points and enjoy exclusive benefits/offers every time you shop with us.

How do I get enrolled?

Dear Mommies and Daddies, shopping for your mini one is going to get more rewarding.

  1. The Button Rewards membership is voluntary, valid for a lifetime and is nontransferable.
  2. Any individual who has attained the age of 18 years, has a valid and active Indian
    mobile number and is shopping at a ny of the stores of the fascinito are eligible to
    apply for membership. Presently, no enrolment fee is applicable for becoming a
    member of the Button Rewards Program. There is no minimum shopping limit for
    becoming a member. However, once members enrol, they need to have at least 200
    points as part of the button rewards to redeem the points.
  3. As a pre-condition to becoming a member, a customer will be required to provide
    mandatory information including Full name, valid & active Indian mobile number
    and adhere to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed for membership from
    time to time. The Button Rewards membership will be issued solely at the
    discretion of the management and the final discretion on all matters relating to the
    membership shall rest with fascinito
  4. If you don’t want to be part of this program, you can opt out of it anytime.
How do I earn loyalty points?
  1. The mobile number of the members is the primary identification for earning
    loyalty point upon purchase. Members need to quote their registere d mobile
    number at the fascinito stores during billing to earn loyalty points
  2. The number of loyalty points earned by a member is based on the tier
    category into which he/she falls into. A customer will be classified as a
    Silver, Gold or Platinum member based on the spends by the member
    mentioned against the tier:
  1. All newly enrolled members will be categorised under Silver category upon
    enrolment .
  2. After enrolment, the member will be upgraded to Gold slabs and platinum slabs
    depending on shopping value.
  3.  If during the period of 12 months after enrolment or after last upgrade, a member does not make requisite spends (invoice amount less taxes and st atutory levies) required for him/her to maintain the existing tier category, the member will be moved to the lower tier.
  4. Loyalty points will be earned on the purchase value excluding taxes and statutory
    levies.
Mini Exceptions

The loyalty points will not be awarded in the following case:

  1. The Button Rewards program benefits cannot be clubbed with any other offer or
    discount whatsoever.
  2. Special offers, promotions or items excluded by the management from time to time
    at its sole discretion.
  3. Non-tradable items such as carry bags, contribution to charity, etc.
  4. Purchase of Gift Vouchers/cards or issue of a credit note.
Rules for spending loyalty points
  1. The member should have accumulated a minimum of 200 points for redemption.
    The value of 1 point is Rs1.00. A member will be required to spend a minimum of
    Rs 200 points (Rs 200) during any transaction. Once the transaction is completed,
    the loyalty points in a member’s account will be reduced to the extent of the Points
    spent. If there is any shortfall in payment under an invoice after spending the
    loyalty points, the member shall pay such amounts separately.
  2. The member shall be responsible for providing and updating his/her mobile number
    at the time of enrolment and subsequently. For validating spendi ng through OTP
    process, Fascinito rely solely on the mobile number provided by the member from
    time to time and registered in its records, and shall not be liable for any
    consequences due to incorrect mobile number being provided or failure on the part
    of the member to forthwith update any change in his/her mobile number.
  3. No cash refund will be entertained for purchases made by spending the loyalty
    points in the case of purchase returns.
  4. All account details, service details, special offers, updates and any other
    information and promotional communications would be sent through various modes
    of communication including SMS, and email. By enrolling to the Button Rewards
    program, a member consents to receive the information and communication from
    fascinito. However, fascinito shall not be responsible in any manner for any lost,
    delayed, incorrect, misdirected or incomplete communication.
  5. All account details, service details, special offers, updates and any other
    information and promotional communications would be sent through various modes
    of communication including SMS, and email. By enrolling to the Button Rewards
    program, a member consents to receive the information and communication from
    fascinito. However, fascinito shall not be responsible in any manner for any lost,
    delayed, incorrect, misdirected or incomplete communication.
  6. Fascinito solely on the information provided by the member from time to time and
    shall not be liable for any incorrec t information or failure on the part of member to
    forthwith update any information or any consequences arising thereof.
What if I wish to unsubscribe?

Member can unsubscribe from the Button rewards program at any point in time by writing
to care info@fascinito.in Within 6 working days your account will be closed.
